Through a structured, trauma-informed residential and educational environment, we help young people build stability, resilience, and the skills they need to move forward with confidence.
The Role
As a Residential Counselor, you are a steady, reliable presence in a young person’s life. You’ll mentor, guide, and support youth through daily routines, challenges, and milestones—helping them build trust, confidence, and coping skills that last far beyond their time in our care.
You’ll work alongside clinicians and educators to bring individualized treatment plans to life in meaningful, practical ways.

- Build supportive, consistent relationships with youth
- Maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment
- Partner with clinical and education teams to support treatment goals
- Coach youth in coping skills, emotional regulation, and daily living skills

Schedule Options • Full-Time
- 2nd Shift 2pm-10pm
- Relief / Fill-In Opportunities Available 8am-4pm / 2pm-10pm & Shorter Shifts Available

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record
- Successful background check (EEC)
- Experience with adolescents or special populations preferred, but not required
- Compensation
- $19.50 – $21.50/hour (based on experience, education, and schedule)
- +$1.00/hour for bilingual Spanish fluency
- Up to +$1.00/hour additional for medication administration
