• About Us: Amazing Athletes is a premier children's sports and fitness program that serves children ages 1.5-12. Our mission is to provide a fun and educational environment where children can learn the fundamentals of sports while developing important life skills such as teamwork, communication, and perseverance. We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Preschool Sports Coach to join our Northern Colorado team. In this position, you will lead engaging and active sports classes for preschoolers, inspiring them to develop a love for physical activity and helping them cultivate essential motor skills.
• Key
• Responsibilities: Instruct and lead age-appropriate sports classes for preschoolers & elementary aged athletes, ensuring a fun and safe environment. Motivate and engage children using positive reinforcement and creative teaching techniques. Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child’s progress and development. Set up and take down necessary equipment for classes. Maintain a high level of safety and organization during all classes.

Schedule

This part-time role requires flexibility. Coaches can expect to work between 10-15 hours a week, depending on availability and demand.

Compensation

• Coaches will earn between $20-$30 per hour. Experience working with young children is preferred. Strong enthusiasm for sports and children's education. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to create a fun and encouraging learning environment. Must pass background checks required for working with children. Must be at least 18 years old, with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. No prior coaching experience required; training will be provided. *Compensation
• Starting pay: $18 per hour, with potential increases based on experience and skills. Commissions and bonuses available for selling or successfully referring additional locations, schools, players, coaches, etc. Opportunities for quick promotion to Lead Coach, which includes a pay increase. *Benefits
