Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA): Mays Landing, Atlantic City and surrounding SNJ Region

$80,000–$86,000 base + bonus eligible

Full-time (exempt) & Part-time (non-exempt) roles available!

We’re looking for a BCBA who wants to do meaningful clinical work while being part of a supportive, collaborative team.

In this role, you’ll work across school and/or clinical settings, conducting assessments, developing behavior plans, and partnering closely with educators, families, and your clinical team. You’ll also supervise ABA staff and help guide effective, research-based interventions that make a real impact on the children we serve.

To be successful, you’ll need your active BCBA Certification and NJ LBA License, along with experience working with children on the autism spectrum. Strong communication skills, comfort leading others, and experience with assessments like VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, or AFLS are important here.

The base salary range for this role is $80,000–$86,000, with additional bonus opportunities tied to performance. Final compensation may vary based on experience, clinical competencies, and productivity. We’re open to part-time schedules as well, with adjusted compensation.

Our full-time benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k), paid time off, holidays, and additional support programs.
