You will play a key role in delivering high-quality education aligned with California Board standards while fostering a supportive and engaging learning environment. What You’ll Do Deliver dynamic instruction in classroom, lab, and clinical settings Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with curriculum outcomes Evaluate student progress through exams, assignments, and hands-on assessments Provide academic advising and mentorship to support student success Create engaging skills lab experiences that build confidence and competence Maintain accurate student records (attendance, grades, evaluations) Collaborate with faculty and leadership to enhance curriculum and teaching strategies Support accreditation efforts and continuous program improvement Foster a positive, inclusive, and professional learning environment Lab Instruction Responsibilities Facilitate hands-on lab sessions that promote active learning Ensure safety protocols and best practices are followed Encourage critical thinking, inquiry, and student engagement What You Bring Passion for teaching and mentoring future healthcare professionals Strong communication and interpersonal skills Student-first mindset with a commitment to excellence High level of organization, integrity, and professionalism Ability to create an engaging and supportive learning environment
