Cove Prep is seeking a Full Time Behavioral Health Associate
- Responsible for direct care and supervision of residents. Oversees residents in an effective and proper manner at all times, which includes monitoring and interacting with individuals or in groups to improve therapeutic interactions.

- PURPOSE
- STATEMENT: Teach students basic academic, social, and other formative skills, through instruction in one or more subjects. Promote physical, mental and social development.
Transports and accompanies residents to and from various appointments Performs bed checks/sweeps Performs contraband searches as requested Aids in restraints when necessary Monitors resident activities and enforces program rules Sets and maintains therapeutic boundary with residents, yet exhibits resident rapport
