The Seasonal Commitment: Schedule: Monday – Friday, Day Shifts. Camp operates from 8am -5pm On-Site Training: June 10th – June 12th, 2026. Camp Dates: June 15th, 2026 – 1st or 2nd week of August (Note: Program ending dates are staggered depending on the specific site. We strongly prefer candidates who are available for the entire summer schedule for their assigned location). What You'll Do: Lead the Fun: Guide campers through diverse daily rotations—from traditional sports and wild camp games to science projects and talent shows! Bring the Energy: Run our high-energy morning orientations and keep the camp buzzing all day long. Keep it Safe: Actively supervise your group, enforce safety rules, and serve as a positive role model for campers navigating winning, losing, and teamwork. What You Need: Required Experience: Verifiable experience working with school-age children (1 year preferred). Required Background Checks: Ability to pass comprehensive background checks and live-scans. Required Certifications (Unpaid): Must obtain First Aid/CPR certification on your own before the start of camp as a condition of employment. Physical Requirements: Visual and auditory ability to identify and respond to environmental hazards. Physical ability to respond appropriately to situations requiring first aid. Endurance to maintain constant supervision of campers, including prolonged standing, bending, stooping, walking long distances, and stretching. Must have the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and a willingness to work in an outdoor camp setting with daily exposure to the sun and heat.

Strength and endurance required to maintain constant supervision of campers, including prolonged standing, some bending, stooping, walking long distances, and stretching. Eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity to manipulate outdoor equipment and camp activities. Normal range of hearing and eyesight to record, prepare, and communicate appropriate camper activities and programs. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and a willingness to work in an outdoor camp setting with daily exposure to the sun and heat.
