- You’ll Do:
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home, school, and community settings Enter session notes on rethink for every visit obtain signatures from parents or teachers at time of visit Implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) under BCBA supervision Support clients in developing communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills Collect accurate session data and complete session notes in a timely manner using Rethink Collaborate closely with BCBAs, families, and other members of the clinical team Help create a positive, supportive, and engaging learning environment for each client
Qualifications
Active RBT certification required Minimum of 6 months experience working with children preferred Basic understanding of ABA principles and data collection Strong communication, professionalism, and reliability Ability to work independently and maintain consistent attendance Experience with session note writing and documentation Bilingual English/Spanish is a must Why Join LBAPS?
