Duties

Works collaboratively with the Early Intervention (EI) direct service staff by providing culturally competent interpretive services to families with infants and toddlers enrolled in the Early Intervention program to the families in their native language. Provides interpretation for individual and group services in the natural setting for the child and family in a mindful manner incorporating health literacy. Translates and/or coordinates the translation of EI written materials into multiple languages. Meeting Street believes the dignity of each person is paramount. Requirements

Minimum of 3 years’ experience working with families in Early Childhood programs. Experience working with families of infants and toddlers with special needs. Experience working with various multidisciplinary team members. Associate’s degree in human services or related field highly preferred or High School Degree. Credentialed with Neighborhood Health Valid CPR and First Aid training recommended
