Family Support Worker – Bilingual English/Spanish

Provide family-Centered support and prenatal health education to families through home visits and various communication formats. Maintain a caseload of families while documenting their status and connecting them with necessary community resources.

Requires a bachelor's degree in a related field and at least two years of experience working with families with infants and toddlers. Must be bilingual in english and spanish and possess valid cpr and first aid certification.
