Lead ABA therapy delivery in a center-based environment for children aged 5 and under. Provide clinical guidance to behavior technicians and implement individualized, assent-based behavior plans while engaging parents in training.
Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) capable of managing small caseloads and supervising technicians. Requires a commitment to evidence-based, compassionate care and the ability to drive meaningful developmental progress.
