Thrive Therapies Group·Tacoma, Washington
Deliver evidence-based speech and language services to K-12 students with various communication disorders. Collaborate with educators and parents to develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) and 504 plans.
SLPs are the backbone of school-based healthcare. You're managing complex caseloads, navigating documentation systems, and fighting for adequate planning time while delivering evidence-based care. At Thrive, we eliminate the administrative burden so you can focus on what you love: helping students communicate.
We partner with school districts that value your professional autonomy and provide compensation packages that reflect your master's-level expertise. Our SLPs report more planning time, transparent caseload caps aligned with ASHA standards, and direct access to school leadership for advocacy.
