We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our collaborative Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) team. Our BCBAs work hand-in-hand with families and an interdisciplinary team of therapists to create individualized treatment plans that support each child’s communication, social, and daily living skills—helping them thrive in every environment they’re part of.

Compensation for this position falls within the range of $68,000-$75,000 annually (equivalent to $32.69 – $36.06 per hour). The final offer may be structured as either an hourly rate or a salary, depending on the role classification, and will consider several individualized factors including relevant experience, scope and responsibilities of the role, qualifications and credentials, talent availability and specialization, and organizational needs. This range is subject to change in the future.
