Paramount is looking for a BCBA who thrives on meaningful progress, collaborative teamwork, and delivering ABA therapy with heart, integrity, and excellence.
Basic function
The BCBA will complete all necessary tasks for client case-load, including but not limited to, initial and follow up assessments, writing treatment plans and behavior protocols, meeting supervision requirements of both clients and technicians, ensuring treatment fidelity, and conducting parent and staff training. BCBA caseload will be primarily center-based; however some in-home services may be required. Some additional tasks may include marketing tasks, collaboration with other service providers, and scheduling both staff and clients.
Required minimum qualifications: · Master’s degree Applied Behavior Analysis
· Board Certification and in good standing with BACB
· Michigan License in Behavior Analysis
· Strong communication and organizational skills
· Ability to speak and understand English.
Responsibilities: · Complete referral process for new clients
· Complete initial and 6-month assessments
· Write treatment plans that include measurable and observable goals
· Update client programming weekly based on collected and analyzed data
· Provide training to both behavior technicians and parents
· Conduct functional assessments
· Write researched based (least restrictive) behavior protocols
· Meet required supervision hours for clients and RBTs
· Ensure treatment fidelity among technicians
· Communicate with parents on a consistent basis
· Collaborate with other service providers as needed
