• Organize and maintain program records including, but not limited to: attendance records, rosters, etc Manage all equipment Maintain a clean and risk-free environment Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants and that all children are picked up by parent/guardian Communicate positively and accurately with all the parents/guardians of participants Promote other YMCA programs with participants and parents/guardians Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor QualificationsWhat You'll Need Must be 15 years of age or older Demonstrate ability to develop and teach skills Prior knowledge and at least 1 year of experience in tennis Ability to effectively use technology for programmatic needs Obtain and maintain all new hire certifications and trainings within 90 days of hire Work Conditions and Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
