- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) Minimum of 1-3 years of clinical experience in pediatric nursing, with a preference for experience working with children with developmental disabilities.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques is desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills, with a demonstrated ability to thrive within an interdisciplinary team.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, committed to evidence-based practice and continuous quality improvement.
