  • Responsibilities: Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles across the organization (Healthcare, H.O.P.E. Campus, Crisis Receiving Center (CRC), Workforce, and Early Learning) Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define job requirements Post job openings on internal and external platforms to attract top talent Maintain and update applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and status updates Schedule and coordinate interviews Attend in-person and virtual job/career fairs Provide support or coverage to other HR Team members as needed Perform other related duties as assigned

Third-party recruiting experience, particularly in the healthcare or education fields Experience utilizing social networking for recruiting purposes, and familiarity with platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Handshake Bilingual (Spanish/English) Work Environment This position operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment. The role regularly requires speaking and hearing, and frequently requires sitting for extended periods of time. Travel and work outside of normal hours may be required for meetings, presentations, trainings, and career fairs.
