With three homeschooled girls (ages 9, 7, and 4) and two self-employed parents working from home, we need a "right hand" to manage household operations and provide attentive childcare. This is a long-term role for someone who loves creating order and nourishing a family through healthy meals and thoughtful organization.

Responsibilities

Operational Flow: Managing daily "resets," laundry (start to finish), and maintaining organization systems. Nutritional Support: Preparing healthy meals by following provided recipes and managing food/supply inventory.

• Engaging with our three daughters during scheduled blocks with age-appropriate, attentive care.
