The Nanny/Household Manager will provide full parental proxy care for two children, including managing routines and school transportation during parent travel. Responsibilities also include light housekeeping, meal preparation, and general household management.
While we provide as much advance notice as possible, shorter trips may occasionally require as little as a week's notice. A private bedroom and bathroom on a separate floor are provided during your overnight stays. Enrichment: Engage our daughters with stimulating activities, manage weekend outings, and provide an active, learning-focused environment.
School
Transportation: Handle pick-ups from two different schools in St. Paul, shuttling to after-school activities, and daily morning drop-offs when we are traveling.
Household
Management: Take care of ancillary tasks to keep the house running in our absence, including light housekeeping, general tidying, and occasional grocery shopping.
Meals &
Laundry: Prepare healthy family meals and manage the children's laundry.
Health &
Safety: Confidently handle any medical issues or emergencies that may arise.

Requirements
Experience: Minimum 10 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years as a nanny for private families (ideally with children ages 5–15). Experience acting as a full parental proxy during parent travel is essential. A background in education is a strong plus.

Requirements: Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 and the Flu. CPR certified.
