This role is designed for a self-directed educator capable of managing the developmental needs of a 16-month-old and a newborn (arriving September 2026). We prioritize a structured, enriching home environment and offer full autonomy to the right candidate. The Ideal Candidate: Deep knowledge of child development; ECE degree or Montessori training is highly preferred. Warm, emotionally intelligent, and energetic. Confident in setting healthy boundaries and fostering independence through age-appropriate discipline. Capable of designing and implementing a "hidden curriculum" of play-based learning and exploration. The Role & Environment: We view you as the professional lead during working hours. Even with a parent working in a detached office, you have full authority over the children’s care. While we seek a long-term partner, we are open to short-term support while finding the perfect fit. Collaborative Dynamics: We utilize a clear communication system for "Recovery Days" (following Mom’s medical call shifts) to ensure everyone knows who is lead caregiver.
