Market context

Virginia school therapist roles remain in demand

Virginia school-based therapist openings often reflect steady demand for licensed clinicians who can support adolescents in school settings and coordinate within integrated behavioral health teams. These roles are competitive because employers typically want an active Virginia LCSW or LPC, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently; benefits like health, dental, vision, life insurance, and EAP support can also matter. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to save time, then confirm licensure fit and school-based experience before applying.
