We are seeking a compassionate, innovative, and collaborative Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP/CCC-SLP) to join our growing outpatient therapy clinic serving children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), speech and language delays, developmental disabilities, feeding disorders, and neurodevelopmental conditions.

The Position Provide pediatric speech therapy evaluations and treatment Support speech, language, communication, AAC, feeding, and social-pragmatic development Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including OTs, PTs, psychologists, educators, and behavioral health professionals Build meaningful relationships with children and families Create individualized, evidence-based treatment plans focused on helping children thrive Flexible scheduling options available: Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities Work 2 hours, 40 hours, or anything in between Four 10-hour shifts, school-hour schedules, or customized flexibility The Company At Heartspring, we believe children thrive when the right support meets the right moment. Requirements

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required Current Speech-Language Pathologist license required CCC-SLP preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFY) encouraged to apply Pediatric speech therapy experience preferred Experience with autism spectrum disorder, AAC, feeding therapy, or developmental disabilities preferred Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical reasoning skills Passion for helping children and families thrive Be part of something meaningful.
