St. Clement of Rome Catholic School is seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and faith-centered Teaching Assistant to support students in grades K–8. The ideal candidate will foster a positive and nurturing learning environment, assist teachers with instructional activities, and help integrate Catholic values into the school day. Key responsibilities
Assist the classroom teacher with daily lesson implementation and instructional activities.
Provide individual and small group support to students across grade levels K–8 as directed by the teacher.
Help maintain a structured, respectful, and inclusive classroom environment.
Support classroom management and reinforce positive behavior expectations.
Prepare instructional materials and assist with classroom organization.
Supervise students during transitions, lunch, recess, and other school activities.
