Who We Are

Looking For We need a compassionate, flexible, and observant professional who understands that "atypical" behavior is often a call for help. The Essentials: Education: Bachelor’s degree in a Behavioral Health Science field (or equivalent).

Experience

Demonstrated skills in case management.

Communication

  • Strong listening and writing skills are a must for assessment and documentation.
  • Physical
  • Ability: Must be able to engage with children at their level (bending, squatting, kneeling) and pass a physical restraining program.

Requirements

Must be at least 20 years old, possess a valid KS Driver’s License, and pass comprehensive background checks (KBI, DCF, etc.). The "Extras" We Value: Experience with trauma-informed care or emotional regulation techniques. A background in therapeutic, educational, or childcare settings with preschoolers. The ability to lead group activities that foster peer interaction and cooperation. Commitment to Excellence This role requires a high level of organization and a commitment to quality. You’ll manage about 80 encounters per month and maintain timely documentation (90% of notes within 48 hours).
