As a School-Based Case Manager at McPherson Middle School, you will be the bridge between clinical support and the classroom. You’ll work directly with students (ages 11–14) and their families to build resilience, teach life skills, and provide the advocacy they need to succeed.

• Bring: A Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral health science field. The ability to connect with adolescents and understand the "why" behind their behavior. Strong listening and communication skills (verbal and written). A valid Kansas Driver’s License and a commitment to maintaining a safe, supportive environment.
