Licensed nursing assistant (Lna) – school-Based 1: 1 student care

Interim HealthCare s currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to provide one-on-one care for a student in a high school setting. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a student's daily life while working in a supportive and flexible environment.

Position Details

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:20 AM – 2:20 PM
  • Setting: School-Based | 1:1 Student Care

Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized nursing care and support to a student throughout the school day
  • Monitor and assess the student’s health status and respond to medical needs as required
  • Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and care plans
  • Collaborate with school staff, parents, and healthcare providers to ensure student safety and well-being
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  • Promote a safe, supportive, and positive learning environment

Qualifications

  • Current Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) license in the State of New Hampshire
  • Minimum of one (1) year of clinical experience within the last five years
  • Current CPR Certification required (Monthly renewal classes available and paid for by Interim HealthCare)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs without restrictions
  • Reliable transportation
  • Strong communication, assessment, and organizational skills
