- As a DSP, you'll help individuals: Live independently in their home Shop, cook, and manage daily routines Get to appointments and community activities Build confidence and life skills Experience new opportunities and meaningful moments You'll also: Support medication administration and health-related needs Complete electronic documentation and service notes Assist with household routines and daily living activities Respond to behavioral or emergency situations using provided training Build positive, meaningful relationships with the individuals you support What We're Looking For You do not need previous DSP experience - we can teach the skills.
