The substitute teacher is responsible for implementing prepared lesson plans and maintaining a structured, engaging classroom environment. They must manage student discipline, track attendance, and communicate progress to administration and parents.

Key qualifications include possessing a character that reflects biblical godliness and demonstrating a meaningful, personal relationship with Jesus Christ, and active involvement in a local church are essential.
Non-exempt, Pull-time 9-11 months Location: In-person, Bremerton Campus Salary: $18-$25/hr based on education and experience matrix placement

Planning and Teaching: Use provided prepared lesson plans. Use a variety of teaching methodologies to create an engaging and safe classroom setting where all students are held to high expectations. Incorporate technology in meaningful ways into instruction and learning.
Utilize Renweb for inputting all assignments, tests, quizzes, and projects promptly, using the grading scale provided by the school. Help maintain an accurate record of grades for each student. Use Microsoft TEAMS Assignments to document homework assignments and to communicate with students.

Management: Keep an accurate record of all attendance and tardiness for each student. Maintain discipline in the classroom to ensure maximum learning.
