Provide full-charge care for a toddler and infant, including meal prep, bathing, and educational activities. Support school routines and maintain child-related housekeeping while collaborating with parents and other household staff.
Candidates must have strong childcare experience, a valid driver's license, and CPR certification. Legal authorization to work in the U.S. and a clean driving record are required.
Include, but are not limited to: All aspects of full-charge care, including meal prep, feeding, food transitions, bathing, diapering, potty training, and always ensuring the safety and well-being of the children Support school routines, including pickups, lunches, naps, outings, and activities Engage children in educational and developmentally enriching activities Encourage learning through play, music, language exposure, reading, flashcards, and age-appropriate routines Assist with maintaining structure and consistency Create a warm, nurturing, and engaging environment for the children to thrive Support the emotional and developmental growth of all the children Child-related housekeeping and organization
Strong childcare and household support experience Educational and engaging approach to childcare Warm, energetic personality with a genuine passion for working with children Flexible, adaptable, and team-oriented Excellent intuition, judgment, and common sense Comfortable in a busy, evolving household environment Able to balance professionalism with a warm, approachable presence in the home Supportive team player Dependable, reliable, and trustworthy Organizational and cooking skills strongly preferred Sense of humor, discretion, and sound judgment Awareness of milestones and ability to foster curiosity
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Strong swimmer preferred (family has a pool) Prior experience in a similar role Comfortable driving children in Miami/freeway environments The ability to speak another language is not required, but it would be a plus Comfortable working alongside hands-on parents, including a mother who works from home CPR certified Legal to work in the U.S. Salary and Benefits The family is offering $40/hr commensurate with experience, PTO, and a health insurance stipend
