Now Hiring: School Psychologist – Full-Time Opportunity
Clarifi is excited to welcome a compassionate and motivated School Psychologist to our educational team for the current school year. This full-time position offers the chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of students by supporting their emotional, social, and academic development within an engaging elementary school environment.
As a vital part of the student services team, you’ll work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and families to remove barriers to learning and promote the mental well-being of every child. Through data-driven interventions, counseling, and consultation, you’ll help students gain confidence, strengthen coping skills, and reach their full potential.
In this role, you will conduct classroom and behavioral observations to assess student needs and guide effective intervention planning. You’ll provide both individual and group counseling to help students navigate emotional, behavioral, and social challenges, fostering resilience and self-awareness. Collaboration will be central to your work as you partner with staff and families to design and implement strategies that enhance student growth and overall well-being. Additionally, you’ll contribute to cultivating a positive, inclusive school climate that supports student engagement, while also focusing on early intervention to identify and address issues that may impact academic success.
