Requires a Master's degree and at least 3 years of related experience. Must be a BOC Certified Athletic Trainer or Licensed Physical Therapist with Oklahoma state licensure and CPR/AED certification.

The Associate Athletic Trainer, Women’s Volleyball, under the medical-legal supervision of the Head Team Physician and the Head Athletic Trainer/Athletics Health Care Administrator (AHCA), with direct primary responsibility for Women’s Volleyball and potential secondary coverage of an additional Olympic sport as assigned, is responsible for the prevention, evaluation, management, and rehabilitation of injury and illness within the University’s comprehensive athletic medicine program; empowered with unchallengeable authority to determine management and return to play of any ill or injured student-athlete, as the athletic trainer deems appropriate; and empowered with unchallengeable authority to cancel or modify any workout for health and safety reasons, as deemed appropriate.
