The Youth Worker is responsible for implementing educational, recreational, and social activities to create a supportive environment for youth. They also handle classroom management, act as a liaison with parents, and collaborate with program directors to meet goals.

The Cornerstone adult programs are designed to enhance skills and promote social interaction, community engagement, and physical activity.
