  • To achieve our vision, we seek a Scholar Enrichment Coach (Physical Education) who has at least 2 years of college coursework or an Associate’s degree (preferred) and at least 2-3+ years of professional experience working with children in education, youth development, counseling, leadership development, or related fields.
  • JOIN THE MISSION As a Scholar Enrichment Coach, you will facilitate physical education and movement-based learning experiences for scholars in grades K–3 while helping them build teamwork, perseverance, discipline, and healthy habits aligned with iPrep’s SOAR with Pride values: Service, Optimism, Agency, Resilience, and Pride.
  • This role will create joyful opportunities for scholars to develop physically, socially, and emotionally through structured physical activity and play, while contributing to a positive, highly engaging school culture.

  • The salary range for this position is between $40,000 and $45,000.
  • Salary is competitive and aligned to experience and internal equity.
