$18.00 per hour!
Nature of Work
- Reports directly to the Coordinator/Visitation Coach, with oversight of the Manager, Care Coordination & Contract Management.
- Ability to observe and describe interactions between family members in a non-judgmental manner. Possess the necessary interpersonal skills to assist families in feeling comfortable and welcome yet assume the primary role of educator, model and observer during visits. Ability to complete written reports that are concise and free from personal bias is essential.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and ability to drive to various locations to visit families and maintain appointments.
- Must attend and complete the Visiting Coaching Model training.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Counseling or Mental Health/Human Service Field preferred with 1 year working with children and families, Associates degree in Human Services or High School Diploma may be considered with 3 years’ experience working with children and families.
- Must meet the requirements of the School Age Care, Day Care, and/or Mental Health Regulations regarding a State Central Register Clearance regarding history of abuse/maltreatment of children.
