Pay

Rate starting at $70,304 per year; $5000.00 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time Clinical position paid out at 3 and 6 Months!

What you will do

You will provide individual, family, and group therapy as indicated by program needs, including clinical assessment, service planning, record keeping, and service coordination with a multi-disciplinary team. You will develop and oversee the completion of treatment plans on an individual, family, and group basis.

To be considered you must

Demonstrate empathy, patience, and respect, with a genuine desire to work with troubled teens ~ Applicants are required to pass a criminal background check, drug screening, physical exam, and TB test ~ A current State Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record for the past three years ~ Candidates must be licensed or registered with the Board of Behavioral Sciences and have experience in a residential setting and/or with at-risk adolescent populations ~ Familiarity with navigating an Electronic Health Records System, preferably EXYM, is also required ~ Strong communication, written, and organizational skills, along with effective time management and the ability to meet multiple deadlines, are essential for success in this role.

  • Friday 10:00 am - 6:30 pm
