✨✨✨ Join a group of passionate advocates on our mission to improve the lives of youth! Rite of Passage Team is hiring for Youth Care Worker at Tampa Bay Girl's Academy in Tampa, Florida ✨✨✨

Tampa Bay Girls Academy - Secure comprises multiple co-located residential commitment programs serving high-risk and max-risk female youth aged 12-21. These programs provide services utilizing evidence-based practices to provide comprehensive care, treatment, and supervision. Youth will also receive psychotherapeutic services, including individual, family, and group counseling.

Pay

Starting at $19 per hour, paid bi-weekly.

What you will do

As a Youth Care Worker, you will provide daily support for the youth in our program at Tampa Bay Girls. Youth Care Workers provide interactive supervision, support, and direction for the youth. Youth Care Workers document the day of the youth, maintain structure, and provide support to youth experiencing behavioral issues.

To be considered, you should
