The coach is responsible for planning, training, and coordinating the high school Track and Field program for student-athletes. This includes developing skills and virtues in athletes while communicating effectively with parents, officials, and administration.
Seeking a Varsity coach for the Track and Field program for the 2026-2027 school year at Liberty Common High School in Fort Collins, Colorado – a Poudre School District charter school. LCHS is Northern Colorado's clearest path to college delivering a college-preparatory, classically-oriented, liberal-arts curriculum in a small-school environment. The school currently enrolls approximately 1600 students in grades K-12, and competes at the 3A level in CHSAA as a member of the Patriot League.
The Track and Field coach reports directly to the athletic director and has the primary responsibility for planning, training, and coordination for high-school student-athletes, in cooperation with the coaching staff. Applicants should be dedicated to providing the best student-athlete experience. The successful candidate will be committed to the mission and goals of Liberty Common High School and follow all CHSAA procedures and policies.

Pay range: $4,300
Reports to: Athletic Director

Starting at $4,300.00 (possibly higher based on background, experience, and/or institutional alignment).
