Job Summary
- This position is designed as an entry level role. Under the close supervision by a Clinical Supervisor, BCBA, the BT will implement behavioral reduction or treatment plans for individuals with behavioral-based developmental disorders.

- Duties: % Of Role Description 100% · Working under the supervision of a Clinical Supervisor, BCBA, implements treatment plans meant to reduce problematic behavior or improve daily living skills. · Collects and analyzes behavioral data using Central Reach software. · Maintains client confidentiality and client dignity. · Provides updates to parents or other caretakers regarding client progress or ongoing treatments, as instructed by the Clinical Supervisor. · Ensures that all treatments provided follow established behavior reduction and behavior skills protocols. · Ability to work individually and as part of a team. · Detailed oriented and proficient oral and written communication skills.
