Provide in-home health, safety, behavioral, and nutritional assistance to special needs family members of military personnel. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living skills and maintaining detailed documentation of the patient's needs.

SRI is looking for compassionate health care providers who can provide in-home assistance on an on-going basis for a special needs family member who has a disability, developmental needs or a chronic illness. You will be providing a valuable service for military families in the special needs family member’s home in the areas of health, safety, behavioral, nutritional and recreational needs.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study such as early childhood education, special education, and elementary education(or equivalent combination of education, training and experience)
Designation as RN or related certifications is desirable
A combination of technical knowledge/experience working with chronic conditions that require extensive family involvement in care giving
Minimum of 2-5 years’ experience working with special needs children, youth or adults.
