The environment at Kings Valley Charter School is designed to promote self-motivation, responsibility, and a positive attitude.Job DescriptionDuties:Student Supervision and Support: monitor student behavior in designated areas, including hallways, lunch areas, playgrounds, gym, and field during PE classes, recess, and school-sponsored activities to ensure their safety and well-being.

Use positive language and encourage students to do their best and make good choices.

Calmly redirect students that are not on task.Academic Support: Supporting students with identified assignments including working with staff to create individualized learning plans.Supporting students in a classroom and in small groups.Enforcement of Rules: enforce school policies and regulations regarding student conduct.Safety and Security: report any suspicious activities, potential safety hazards, or incidents to school administration.Incident Reporting: document and report incidents, including student conflicts, vandalism, or other issues.Coordination: work with school leadership, PE teacher, and other staff to ensure a safe and orderly school environment.
