Student Supervision and Support: monitor student behavior in designated areas, including hallways, lunch areas, playgrounds, gym, and field during PE classes, recess, and school-sponsored activities to ensure their safety and well-being. Use positive language and encourage students to do their best and make good choices. Calmly redirect students that are not on task. Academic Support: Supporting students with identified assignments including working with staff to create individualized learning plans. Supporting students in a classroom and in small groups. Enforcement of Rules: enforce school policies and regulations regarding student conduct. Safety and Security: report any suspicious activities, potential safety hazards, or incidents to school administration. Incident Reporting: document and report incidents, including student conflicts, vandalism, or other issues.
