  • Thursdays: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM On Site North Central Family Medical Center (NCFMC) is a non-profit Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) committed to delivering affordable, accessible healthcare and pharmacy services to individuals and families across all ages. We proudly serve the Rock Hill, SC, Chester, SC and surrounding communities. The Registered Nurse (RN) in this position plays a key role in ensuring the health and well-being of college students in Rock Hill, SC. This part-time role involves providing care, triage, and health education, administering treatments and vaccinations, coordinating referrals, and maintaining immunization compliance. The RN also supports campus wellness initiatives, infection control, and public health efforts, creating a safe and supportive environment for students to thrive. Key Responsibilities Provide nursing assessments, triage, and basic treatments for walk-in and scheduled student visits. Administer first aid, wound care, medications, vaccinations, and clinical tests. Document all care promptly and accurately in the electronic health record. Provide health education on prevention, self-care, mental well-being, nutrition, sleep, and sexual health. Assist with referrals to clinicians, mental health providers, and community resources. Support students managing chronic conditions and communicate with faculty/services when appropriate (with consent). Review and track immunization records, vaccine compliance, and TB screening results. Follow public health protocols for communicable diseases and assist with outbreak response. Maintain infection control standards and a clean, organized clinical environment. Manage medical supplies, equipment, and support policy and quality improvement efforts. Promote healthy lifestyle habits and connect students with campus wellness resources. Support other clinical or administrative duties as assigned.
