Salary
$65,000 - $85,000 / YEAR
Provide individualized direct clinical services, including individual, family, and group therapy, for youth with significant trauma and behavioral health needs. Collaborate with residential and education staff to maintain a trauma-informed environment and complete all necessary clinical documentation and case management.
Requires a Master's degree in Counseling or a related field from a CACREP accredited school and active Colorado licensure (LPC or LCSW). Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and pass a comprehensive background screening.

In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the expected salary range for this position is $64,166.82-$77,520.51 annually, depending on education, licensure, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Masters degree in Counseling or a related field from a CACREP accredited school. If the school is not CACREP accredited there must be proof of completion of the educational equivalency review at the time of interview. Active Colorado licensure required (LPC, LCSW) Requires skill in assessment, diagnosis, case conceptualization, and treatment planning. Must be willing to work in a team of professionals outside of the agency. Must have a valid Colorado driver’s license or the ability to obtain one with a clean motor vehicle record. Applicants must successfully complete a comprehensive background screening as a condition of employment, in accordance with Colorado Department of Human Services regulations for child care facilities. This screening includes state criminal background checks, fingerprinting, sex offender registry searches, and abuse and neglect clearances. If the applicant has lived in any other state within the past five years, equivalent background and abuse/neglect checks from those states will also be conducted. In addition, all direct care applicants are required to complete a health evaluation or physical prior to beginning service to confirm they are fit for duty. Extra details: Must be motivated, independent, creative, innovative, and strengths based! Must work well in a team environment. Shiloh House provides services for some of Colorado’s most at-risk youth. As a result, willingness to work with highly acute youth while demonstrating empathy and resiliency is essential. Travel in and around the Denver metro area may be required with use of a personal vehicle. Shiloh House DOES reimburse mileage! Must have strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Prior experience working in a high acuity environment and/or working with offense specific youth is preferred, however, Shiloh House remains excited to support new clinicians in the beginning stages of their careers.
