About the Role
- The Assistant Coach Football position plays a critical role in supporting the head coach to develop and implement effective training programs that enhance the athletic performance and personal growth of student-athletes.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field.
- Prior experience coaching football at the high school or collegiate level.
- Strong understanding of football rules, techniques, and strategies.
- Ability to work effectively with student-athletes of diverse backgrounds and skill levels.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within an educational institution or youth sports program.
- Coaching certification from recognized organizations such as the National Federation of State High School Associations (NFHS) or USA Football.
- Knowledge of sports psychology and athlete development principles.
- Experience with video analysis software and performance tracking tools.

Responsibilities
