- Range: $25.00 - $35.00 HourlyWe are seeking an experienced RBT to work with a single private client in Redwood City. The client is a smart, friendly 18-year-old young man diagnosed with autism. The young man lives at home with his parents, and is supported by a team of ABA professionals and highly trained caregivers in the home and community. The ideal candidate is a compassionate and dedicated professional with at least 2 years of experience working with individuals diagnosed with autism or other developmental disabilities. Candidates with a BCAT, or ABAT certification will be considered, and those with weekend availability will receive first consideration.
Duties
Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Collect and record data on client progress and behavior changes accurately and consistently. Assist client with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) to promote independence and improve quality of life. Provide support in teaching social skills and self-management strategies. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills in behavioral therapy and special education practices. Support clients in various settings, including home and community environments.
