Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Collect and record data on client progress and behavior changes accurately and consistently. Assist client with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) to promote independence and improve quality of life. Provide support in teaching social skills and self-management strategies. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills in behavioral therapy and special education practices. Ability to demonstrate patience, empathy, and understanding when working with individuals on the autism spectrum or those requiring behavioral management support. Familiarity with Self-Determination Programs is highly preferred.
