Job description

  • Assistant Boys' Soccer Coach Who You Are The Episcopal Academy is looking for a skilled assistant coach to join our competitive Boys' Soccer program for the 2026 season.
  • This role involves supporting the Varsity Head Coach in organizing practice sessions and focusing on the athletic training, instruction, and conditioning of our student-athletes.
  • We are seeking a candidate with strong organizational abilities and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • About You The ideal candidate for the Assistant Boys' Soccer Coach candidate will possess the following: Required Qualifications: Possession of a High School Diploma or an equivalent credential.
  • A minimum of one (1) year of experience in a coaching capacity.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in organization, time management, and interpersonal communication.
  • A valid driver's license issued by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
  • The capability to mentor student-athletes of varying skill levels and from diverse backgrounds.
  • Desired Qualifications: An understanding of soccer tactics and gameplay.
  • Experience coaching at the high school level, with collegiate experience being a plus.
  • A strong enthusiasm for competitive athletics and player development.
  • Advanced skills in communication and time management.
  • Formal coaching licensure and prior coaching experience in the field.
