The Teacher Aide is responsible for the care, supervision, and early education of children aged 3 to 5 years old. Duties include assisting with lesson planning, teaching basic concepts, and communicating daily progress to parents.

Lifesteps is hiring a full-time Teacher Aide (also known as Child Care Assistant or Assistant Group Supervisor) to work Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, in the preschool classroom inside BC3. This position works during the school year only. Summers off work.
High School Diploma/GED and two years of experience working with children - can be paid or unpaid work such as Summer Camps, Church Nursery, Babysitting, Bible School, Volunteering with children, etc.
Ability to lift or move up to 30 pounds without assistance
Ability to provide acceptable state clearances
Able to multi-task and work in a team environment.
