- The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) plays a critical role in delivering high-quality behavioral interventions to individuals, primarily children, with developmental disabilities such as Autism Spectrum Disorder.
- This position involves implementing behavior analytic services under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to improve clients' social, communication, and learning skills.
- The RBT is responsible for collecting accurate data on client progress and ensuring that treatment plans are followed with fidelity.

Minimum Qualifications
- Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Completion of a 40-hour RBT training program covering essential behavior analytic principles and procedures.
- Ability to pass a background check and meet any state-specific requirements for working with vulnerable populations.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions from supervising BCBAs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities in educational or clinical settings.
- Additional coursework or training in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related fields.
- Familiarity with data collection software and electronic health record systems.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities
