- What You'll Do: Recruiting is about trust—and as our Recruiting Coordinator, you'll be the foundation that makes trust possible.
- You'll ensure that every candidate, hiring manager, and team member experiences a seamless, thoughtful process from start to finish.
- You may not be making the final hiring decisions, but you'll be the one who makes sure everyone feels informed, valued, and excited about Level.

- Coordinate complex interview schedules across multiple stakeholders without dropping the ball Keep everyone informed.
- Proactively communicate about upcoming interviews, candidate status, and any process updates Anticipate needs.
- Stay one step ahead on room reservations, interview guides, candidate materials, and anything else that helps interviews run smoothly Solve problems quickly.

- Manage candidate information accurately, maintain organized records, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks Support sourcing efforts.

- Learn the recruiting lifecycle from the ground up, develop your organizational and communication skills, and discover what kind of talent professional you want to become Who You Are: Minimum 2 years of experience in recruiting coordination or scheduling (internships count!) Experience with applicant tracking systems; Ashby strongly preferred, but other ATS experience welcomed Exceptional organizational skills—you naturally create systems, follow through on details, and keep multiple priorities moving forward Strong communication skills with a warm, professional presence—both written and verbal Prior experience in fast-paced environments where you managed competing priorities Genuine enthusiasm for creating positive experiences for others Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new tools quickly (calendaring systems, ATS platforms, communication tools) Solutions-oriented mindset—when problems arise, you stay calm and find creative ways forward Experience supporting Talent Acquisition or HR functions A sense of humor and collaborative spirit Eligibility to work in the US; currently based in or willing to relocate to Austin, TX
