Job Description

We are seeking a certified Yoga Instructor to lead a monthly community class at The Trails in New Caney, TX. This is a great opportunity for an experienced instructor looking for a flexible, low-commitment role while making a positive impact in the community. Classes are held once per month on Saturday mornings, with exact timing determined based on instructor availability. Schedule Once per month (Saturday mornings) Flexible start time Potential Class Dates: May 9 June 13 July 11 August 8 September 19 October 10 November 21 December 5 Responsibilities Lead a 60-minute yoga class for participants of varying skill levels Create a welcoming, safe, and inclusive class environment Provide modifications and adjustments as needed Arrive early for setup and participant check-in Maintain a professional and engaging presence

Additional Information

This is a 1099 independent contractor position Instructor is responsible for bringing their own equipment as needed; including a speaker Consistent monthly schedule with minimal time commitment Qualifications Current Yoga Instructor Certification (required) Experience teaching group fitness or yoga classes (required) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, punctual, and professional Ability to adapt classes to different experience levels

Requirements

Must hold a current Yoga Instructor Certification and have experience teaching group fitness or yoga classes. Candidates must be professional, punctual, and able to provide their own equipment.
