  • Overview: We are looking for an experienced Karate Instructor to lead youth karate classes at Tres Lagos beginning after Labor Day. The program should introduce children to the basics of karate in a safe, structured, and encouraging environment.

Responsibilities

Lead structured karate classes for youth participants Teach basic karate fundamentals, discipline, coordination, and confidence-building skills Provide clear instruction in a safe and age-appropriate way Create a positive, respectful, and encouraging class environment Maintain control of the class while keeping students engaged Communicate professionally with families and the Play Academy team Arrive prepared and on time for each scheduled class Additional Notes: This program is planned for the fall season and will begin after Labor Day. We are looking to have the program ready to advertise by August 10. QualificationsExperience teaching karate or martial arts to children Strong knowledge of karate fundamentals and safety practices Ability to manage a group of children in a class setting Patient, professional, and dependable CPR/AED certification preferred
